Dear Sir / Madam
RE: Application For 3 Days Leave to Kota Kinabalu

This is to inform that I, Tan Yock Kin, who is the mother of Carol Leong Wai Ting of Form 3B wish to apply for a 3 days leave on behalf of my daughter ( From 21/01/2010 - 25/01/2010) in order to attend her cousin's wedding ceremony cum dinner at Kota Kinabalu.

yea, I'm taking 3 days leave for going to K.K
from 21/01 - 25/01*
I'm quite excited but feel sad at the same time.
as i think, the happy moment will be very short ):
because we'll never notice that time is running very fast,
although it is short, but it would be a sweet and memorable memories (:
no matter how, just cherish every moment, every minute even every second.
I'm sure there will be NO REGRETS
is still searching for -HAPPY
